Mountain Bike Skills Coaching
Absolute Beginners - This will put you on the right track by giving you the confidence to control your mountain bike, not the bike control you and will teach you how to deal with minor mechanicals so you can fix that puncture yourself, allowing you to explore the Singletrack with confidence
Core Skills - A great mountain bike course if you are new to mountain biking, or a little more experienced but have never been taught the fundamentals of riding off-road on natural Singletrack trails
Find Flow - Get Air - Take a closer look at how you find balance, grip and speed on fast, flowing, rocks and rooty Singletrack; tactical application of the core skills to read terrain; decision-making on the fly. Introduction to jumps and drops to build confidence and flow over these features.
Kids & Family Days - An activity for all the family to give mountain biking a go or build on your current skills. Let us take the stress of organising your day out together, we'll get you building your confidence, learning some new skills and showing you around the trails.
Mountain Bike Guiding
Our guided rides provide individuals or groups with the chance to discover new areas of Singletrack with the reassurance of having an experienced guide, bike technician and qualified outdoors first aider on hand to ensure you get the most out of your ride. We can show you the best cross-country, singletrack and freeride trails in the Surrey Hills.
2hrs Group Ride at £30 per person, 3hrs at £40 per person - Based on 2 person minimum (6 rider max)
Private Guiding: 3hrs/£90, 6hrs/£180, add £30 for each additional rider (6 rider max)
Gravel / Adventure Coaching & Guiding
Coaching designed to help you leave the tarmac behind, adjust and build upon your current skills and mindset, building your confidence and learning some new skills to explore the countryside away from all the traffic.
Guiding: If you just want to go for a ride, we can guide you around some of the very best gravel & singletrack that Surrey has to offer or create routes across the Surrey Hills, linking the hills together to create serious off road distance and elevation gains, with the obligatory coffee stops along the way.
1 to 1 Coaching: £150/3hrs, additional riders £40 each (6 person max)
Private Guiding: £90/3hrs £180/6hrs, add £30 for each additional rider, (6 rider max)
Road Bike Skills Coaching
Novice level - new to road riding, we'll introduce the fundamentals to build your confidence and we'll get you set up on the bike comfortably in an efficient riding position.
Intermediate to Advanced level - tailored sessions, focussed on core road skills depending on your needs; i.e. finding balance & coordination, braking, cornering, climbing and descending and group riding skills.
We can also cover basic competition techniques, road and time trial etiquette, and communication in the road and time trial environment.
1 to 1 tuition £40 per hr, additional people £20 each (6 person max)
Road Bike Guiding
Our guided rides provide individuals or groups with the chance to discover new areas of the South East of England with the reassurance of having an experienced guide, bike technician and qualified first aider on hand to ensure you get the most out of your ride. We have routes to suit all abilities, flat, rolling and hilly options tailored to your requirements. We can head out into Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey along quiet country lanes avoiding as much traffic as possible and we know where all the little coffee and cake stops are.

Performance Coaching & Event Preparation
Working with a coach is an investment of both time and money and understandably you want to be sure it’s an investment that will pay dividends.
You may be very clear about your goals and they only want help achieving them. You may need help identifying SMART goals, what is certain is that for all riders the opportunity to talk over the possible directions can lead not only to achievable goals but to more focus and greater motivation.
We take a holistic approach to your training focussing on the components of fitness to support you with your physical, tactical, mental and technical development.
Gravity Enduro, Downhill, XC MTB & Gravel- We are in a position to build an annual plan built around you racing calendar with phased training to build sustainable fitness and greater technical skill. Add performance to your fitness for the racing season and maintain that level over the season. We'll also support you with your metal and tactical preparation that the physical and technical improvements will produce delivering you into your season ready to race.
Road/ TT & Sportive - Event specific development to get you to your peak performance for your chosen season goals, designed to be sustainable over your season. Identification of the tactical, nutritional, and physical demands and the mental focus to succeed.
